2017 Hyundai Sonata Lemon Law Settlement in San Diego County

This 2017 Hyundai Sonata incurred complaints about the following:   Car shuttering, hesitating and died.  All malfunction light came on, check hybrid system, check engine light came on.  Found codes C164808 and C136081.  Also, codes P0335, P2196 and P2096 found.  Car will not completely charge. 

Parts that required diagnosis, adjustment, repair or replacement are:  Engine control module, crank sensor, high voltage battery.
