Welcome to our website and our Blog ! We’re glad you’re here. Our business is growing and our mission is simple : to educate you, fellow consumers, about the “Lemon Law”, and how it protects those who have found themselves stuck with that new car, truck, RV, motorcycle, etc, that just isn’t performing up to expectations. You’ve likely found yourself in a situation where you may be experiencing simple annoyances like squeaks, rattles and the like, or more serious issues that affect safety…things like transmission problems, airbag issues, “check engine” lights (yep, it’s there,  but the light won’t stay off!)….the list goes on ! We have vast experience assisting consumers in situations like these, and best of all there is no charge to you for this service. We are experts in this area of law and urge you to contact us if you are in this situation.

Most of us have, or know someone that has had, an experience with a vehicle purchase that turned out to be “not so great”.  Mercedes, Ford, Cadillac, Nissan. Yes, they all make the list at some point. When it comes to your vehicle, it can be especially frustrating to experience nagging warranty issues that don’t seem to go away, since you (a) most likely spent a fair amount of your hard earned cash and (b) it’s your primary mode of transportation and (c) who has time to chase the dealership to try and get the problem resolved anyway? Most dealerships are handling hundreds of cases at any one time (including ‘recalls’), and that is why you may experience the “run-around”, things we hear such as “sure, but we are 3 to 4 weeks out to schedule your appointment”, or “no, sorry, your contract does not cover a loaner vehicle”, etc. etc. We’ve heard them all. Fortunately, the manufacturer has no choice but to cover your expenses while you’re out of a ride if your vehicle is found to be a lemon – but usually they will not divulge that to you! We know better…and if your vehicle is a lemon under warranty, it’s the law.

Self driving automobiles, electric drive trains, more and more sophistication in on-board software are just some of the trends we’re seeing, and with all this wonderful technology comes a plethora of problems. Stay in the know, visit this site often and let us know if we can be of assistance.
